Return and exchange policy

Customer’s satisfaction is our priority. Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Defective, damaged or wrong product

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 3 days with images and original tags so we can resolve the issue.

Size issue

Please review our size chart before ordering. If the delivered size matches your order but does not fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@theheavenoutfits.com

Color

Actual product colors may vary slightly from images shown because of lighting effects and individual screen display settings.

Cancellation of Order

You can request an order cancellation within 2 days of placing the order. If the cancellation is requested after this period, a flat 25% deduction will be applied to the order amount.

Exchange

  • Email support@theheavenoutfits.com to request an exchange
  • Eligible cases: defective/damaged/wrong item (within 3 days) or size issues (within 30 days)
  • All items must be unused, with original packaging and tags
  • Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and re-delivery charges
  • Processing time: 7–10 days to receive return + 10–15 business days to ship replacement

Refund

  • Email support@theheavenoutfits.com to request a refund
  • Eligible cases: defective/damaged/wrong item (within 3 days) or size issues (within 30 days)
  • All items must be unused, with original packaging and tags
  • Customers will be responsible for the return shipping charges
  • Refund applies to item price only (delivery charges are non-refundable)
  • Refund processing time: 10–45 days, depending on the bank
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

Regular Updates during Processing

Customers will receive email updates at each stage of the return, exchange, or refund process.

Notes

  • Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for exchanges or refunds.
  • For defective, damaged or wrong product, return shipping charges will be covered by us.
  • Shipping expenses and any additional charges are non-refundable
  • We do not accept cash on delivery (COD).
  • Shipments with unpaid customs charges will not be accepted.
  • If we receive an item and find that it has violated our returns and exchanges policy guidelines, your request will not be processed.
